The hydraulic complex is designed for the introduction of rail lashes into the temperature regime by hanging railway rails by means of support rollers ARS-4 with the further use of a hydraulic installation for the tension of the rail lash
(for APC fasteners). The complex should be operated in macroclimatic areas with temperate and cold climates. Type of climatic performance – UHL I by GOST 15150-69.
