THE BASIC MODEL OF THE MIDDLE ROBIN SERIES

project objective

The multifunctional robotic complex ROIN of the R-300 series is a remotely controlled autonomous platform with a multifunctional manipulator ("smart hand") that allows the use of any attachments. The design of the product implements a double transverse fracture of the manipulator, which gives an undeniable advantage when working in cramped conditions, hard-to-reach places and tunnels. Since 2016, ROBIN on the OPT platform has been successfully operated in the Moscow Metro during the repair and maintenance of infrastructure facilities.

Description and technical specifications

To service the infrastructure of the metro, JSC MGK Intechros delivered a robotic complex of the medium series ROIN_RK R-300 with installation on a railway platform of the UPT type. The introduction of ROIN has increased the speed of sleeper replacement by more than ten times, while dust pollution that occurs during operation is removed by a vacuum installation.
